How it's scored and how offers are made
- Offers are based only on interview performance.
- You will not be made an offer without an interview.

- Offers go to the highest-ranked candidates until places are filled.
- A small number of exceptional performers may get early offers.
- Offers depend on an enhanced DBS check, a police check and health screening.
